Radian Online Zambia now offers you a ‘Pay In-Store’ payment method whereby payments for orders placed on the online website can be done through selected Radian branches and Authorised agencies country-wide. Radian Branches and Authorised Agencies where these payments can be made are listed on Our Store Locator page.

The procedure for making such an In-Store payment for your online order is as below:
  1. On the Payment options page, select the payment option ‘Pay In-Store at my preferred Radian Branch / Authorised Agent’
  2. Click on ‘PLACE ORDER’. Once your order is successfully placed, proceed to the Radian Branch/Authorised Agent that you have nominated as your payment/delivery collection point and present your Order ID to the Branch Manager/Agent.
  3. Upon receipt of your payment by the branch manager/agent, you will be issued with an official till receipt as proof of your payment.
  4. Email / SMS / Whatsapp your Receipt Number through [email protected] or 0956391959 to notify us once you have done your payment.

Note: Your order will be considered cancelled if payment is not received at your chosen In-Store payment/collection point 48 hours after placement of your order. In-Store payments without an official till receipt will not be recognised. Kindly ask for your official till receipt.

We will confirm receipt of your In-Store payment by E-mail / SMS / Whatsapp to you.

If instead, you gain confidence by having a bank deposit slip or a bank transfer order note in your hands for your online order, then you can opt for our ‘Bank Deposit/Bank Transfer’ payment option as an alternative.

The procedure for making a Bank Deposit/Bank transfer payment for your online order is as below:


  1.   On the Payment options page, select the payment option ‘Pay using Bank Deposit/Bank Transfer’
  2. Click on ‘PLACE ORDER’. Once your order is successfully placed, the Order ID assigned to your order will act as the payment reference when transferring/depositing into our bank account.
  3. Proceed to the bank (or using your bank website/app) and make your deposit/transfer for your order. Bank Deposit or Transfers to Radian Online have to be deposited/transferred into:

Note: Your order will remain pending until the funds have cleared into our account. Your order will be considered cancelled if payment is not received into the Radian Online account within 48 hours after placement of your order.

If you wish to deposit/transfer into one of our alternative bank accounts (due to unavailability of Barclays Bank services in your area as an example), then Contact Us, and we will assist you with an alternative, more accessible bank account to deposit into.
