If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, simply let us know by writing an email to us and return the product within 3 days from the day after you receive your order from your pick-up store. Provided the product is still in brand new condition and seals unbroken, we will refund the full purchase price excluding the original delivery charges if applicable unless in the rare event your product arrived faulty or incorrect. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned product by us.
