Exchange / Returns

If on receiving your order you are not delighted with your purchase, let our customer service team know and we will gladly exchange or refund it (based on your preference). Exchange or Return is possible only within three (3) days of purchase from date of delivery subject to the terms herein:

(a) In case you wish to Exchange or Return the product(s), please contact us on email using the email address - [email protected] or by any other communication means given in the Contact Us page for approval and further actions. We may ask you to deliver the product to a delivery point (usually a Radian Showroom or authorised service centre).

(b) Exchange or Return shall be made provided the product (including the unit carton) is returned unused and unopened (original seal not broken) along with all accessories and Free bundles.

(c) No Exchange or Return is allowed for the following product categories: INGCO-Branded products, Plastic-ware products, Phone covers, Clothing, and Personal care products.

(d) If a defect is discovered after opening/using the product, your product is covered under repair/replacement warranty of the manufacturer.

(e) In the case of Dead on Arrival (DOA) product(s) / Out of the Box failure, the respective service centre/service provider will determine whether the product is DOA and will offer either a replacement or product repair at its discretion.

(f) Refunds will be processed in the below cases:

  1. Where a fulfilled order has been delivered to you and without abrogating the clauses mentioned above, you are still dissatisfied with your purchase, you may request for a refund using the steps and communication channels provided in clause (a).
  2. Upon receipt of an offer in the form of an order from you and Radian Online is unable to accept the offer due to unavailability of products/services requested on the offer, error in prices and/or amount received from you, you will be approved for a refund and we will get in touch with you.

As a guide, we endeavor to process all refund requests within 7 days (excluding weekends and public holidays). However, the specific timeframe will be dependent on the payment method used when placing your offer/order, the amount required to be refunded to you and your preferred refund method.

Note: It is essential for customers to provide full and accurate banking details as listed above, any error in the details submitted may lead to a delay of the refund.

 

Mobile Money account details required from you for mobile money refunds:

  • Valid registered mobile money number
  • Full name registered under mobile money account

IMPORTANT: Where a Tax Invoice has already been issued to you, please note that return of the original Tax Invoice is mandatory for refund processing. If the original Tax Invoice has been lost, a valid police report must be provided to initiate the refund procedure.

(g) Please note Radian Online is a retailer only and the obligation for warranty rests with manufacturer of the product as per the warranty condition listed on the warranty card or as provided under Warranty terms and conditions in the absence of a warranty card.

Warranty Policy

The products displayed on the Radian Online Website carry limited warranty from brand/manufacturer/distributor for a limited period against manufacturing defects only. The terms, conditions, duration of warranty, exclusions of warranty shall be as per warranty card attached with each product. Where warranty card is absent, the terms, conditions, duration of warranty, exclusions of warranty shall be as per the terms and conditions listed on this website. Warranty commences from the date of the Invoice, unless specified otherwise. Warranty is applicable within the limits of the Republic of Zambia only unless specified otherwise in the warranty card or on the Website. Radian Online will only be the facilitator of this service and primary responsibility for warranty service rests with the brand/manufacturer/distributor. In the case the product is defective and/or requires repair, it is your responsibility to deliver the product, at your cost, to our designated collection centres in selected Radian outlets and Service centres in Zambia. Other than what is provided by the brand/manufacturer/distributor, we hereby expressly disclaim any warranties or representations (express or implied) in respect of quality, suitability, accuracy, reliability, completeness, timeliness, performance, safety, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or legality of the products listed or displayed or transacted (including product information and/or specifications) on the Website.
